1. Orders

  • All orders must be placed through our website or authorized sales channels. 
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. 
  • Orders are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. 

2. Price

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) or Sterling( £ ) and are exclusive of applicable taxes or fees unless otherwise specified. 
  • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.
  • The price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of order acceptance. 

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full prior to delivery unless credit terms have been explicitly agreed upon. 
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and other authorized online payment options.
  • Late payments may result in interest charges in accordance with Dutch and British law. 

4. Delivery

  • We strive to deliver your order promptly to the specified address. 
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Responsibility for goods passes to you upon receipt from the delivery carrier.

5. Discrepancies

  • Any discrepancies or damages upon receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours. 
  • Claims for missing items or damages must be supported with photographic evidence and submitted in writing. 

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted if communicated before the order has been processed for shipment. 
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and our return policy will apply. 

7. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition. 
  • Authorization must be obtained prior to return. 
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. 

8. Rights

  •  We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our offerings, including prices and product availability, without prior notice.

9. Risk

  • The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss after the goods have been handed over to the carrier. 

10. Title

  • Title to the goods remains with WillowBrooks until full payment has been received. 
  • Until then, goods must be stored separately and clearly marked as our property.

11. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. 
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
